At Arabella Design, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in our collection. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected; items must be in new, unassembled condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
